Chicken burger wings and chips were really good.I normally come into the shop late and they always try to rush me out and you can't dine in after 9:30pm despite not closing until 11pm. It's also worth noting they opened a second royal chicken in Dorking which ended up closing down recently because they poisoned multiple people so be cautious and make sure to check your food.

Don't let this Chicken shop (other food is available) pass you buy. Really nice food and great portion sizes. I can thoroughly recommend the spicy coating to the fries.

One star is generous as it never arrived, tried calling the shop several times and the phones just kept saying call failed or not ringing through at all. In the end had to drive down there and all the staff in the shop began shouting at me and saying my number is wrong on just eat so the driver couldn’t get through which is a complete lie. We live in a flat so I’m assuming the driver just couldn’t be bothered to walk up or contact me. Do not order from here!!

Food was ok (ordered via Uber Eats) bit overpriced but delivery was terrible. Driver was from Royal not Uber. He couldn't find the address, he called but was completely garbled. He eventually went into one of the shops down the road to ask the lady behind the counter to speak to me on the phone to find out the delivery address. The instructions couldn't have been clearer. Not necessarily the fault of Royal Chicken but it was one of their employees who delivered.

Careful, these pizzas are well over priced. If you order delivery for medium you don't get 2 like the advert says! I have big hands and that's still tiny.
The guy was very friendly. And the fries were 10/10 super crispy. We were lucky enough to always get fresh fries.We ordered pizza once, and that was nice, too.

Second time here in a month, and both were a smables. First time, they had no large cups for ANY drinks, and never mentioned it until i was given my food. They then tried to give me a small drink without any apology or reduction. Second time, they had no boxes for their box meals and our family meal was just put all together in a bag and handed to us, but not before waiting for our chicken breast for ten minutes whilst all other food got cold waiting for the chicken breast to be cooked. This branch gets worse and worse, the licencees of this branch clearly don't staff it properly as the place and floors are dirty and the current staff cannot cope with demand
