Once again I went to Firenze in Leatherhead and was in no way disappointed. I was surprised to find the same staff and the food was excellent.As usual I bought the chef a drink and he acknowledged that.THE ONLY SAD THING WAS THAT I WAS SAD TO HEAR THE OWNER HAD DIED 9 MONTHS AGO. We booked Piazza Firenze for a company celebration and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. The food was plentiful and really tasty, and we had a great event. Thoroughly recommended!
Stumbled across this place on a trip to Leatherhead a few years ago. Choosing to eat in this restaurant was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The food and service is exceptional. I usually go for the Calzone or Seafood Risotto, which are both reasonably priced. Having eaten here at least 20 times, the consistency of quality is impressive.
