“We had a lovely meal. I am. Gluten free wich was no problem at all. We have eaten here a few times and are very happy to make the 45 minute journey as the staff and venue is worth it.”

Decided to go here for lunch today. 4/1/25
At 2pm with my wife.

I was really impressed with the inside of the pub. It was very traditional and lovely clean and warm inside.

Service was absolutely fantastic the lady that served us was so friendly and attentive.

Food was lovely however I had a mixed grill and asked for my steak to be cooked rare it came well done. The Manager offered me another steak or a pudding but I wasn’t too fussed. It was just to mention rather to cause a fuss. I didn’t eat it however.

Plenty of parking however you must enter your registration upon arrival.

You can also use Tesco club cards points here on food which is a good bonus to come here.

Will definitely visit again. 4 stars on food due to my steak not cooked to my liking and choice.
