I ordered 3 cheeseburger and 1 chicken mayo and I received only 2 cheeseburger and 1 chicken mayo tried to call them but no one answer the phone... if that's the way they do business I really don't know what to say...

This has got to be the worst Mc Ds out. I try and avoid drive though as even more likely to mess up the order. The orders are ALWAYS wrong with items missing, chip boxes half filled and today the excelled- forgot a drink, 4 x Large chips half filled and all undercooked so we had to cook them at home and my little treat to myself a banana milkshake is just frozen milk no flavour just milk ?. Its not a particularly cheap meal either! The staff however are always polite and apologetic so I can't fault them for that! Unfortunately my local Mc Ds but they are testing my patience now! ?

Honestly, one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Food was all cooked fresh as I ordered and was all piping hot. Not common at all McDonald’s.

It was a drive through slow to ask for order food was not ready drink was after a wait was asked to go park so I did few minutes later food was given to me it was warm at best the Fry's were cold wrap had almost no filling worse one to

Honestly don’t know how these guys can’t run a drive through. There is always huge queues and never seem to have the order when you get to the window. It’s mad. Never known a macdonalds like it.

So I ordered from my car and had my breakfast delivered, it was hot, fresh and tasty , just what I would expect, only downside was that there wasn't an option to have sweetener with my coffee.

If you're paying with cash you could be waiting a while. I was ignored by quite a few staff whilst waiting by the till holding a ten pound note to ty and make it obvious. Had to ask someone if I could be served and they said 'oh she'll come out soon' and was left waiting for even longer. Twice. Other than that it was okay.

They only have 2 highchairs throughout the whole upstairs and downstairs so do be prepared to keep your children/babys in the

Interesting building from the outside but your typical Mc. Donald's experience inside. Lots of self ordering machines and table service provided here which is always good to see. Lots of seating - although all very much the same - no booths, or comfy seats.
Sunday morning awful service. Had to collect my own table number, food and drinks brought without stirrers or napkins, seviette dispenser empty.Nothing like the usual standard of service here. Food not very hot. It was very quiet so no justified reasons.

I was greeted with a smile as I entered and was advised and helped to place my order via the app on my phone.The food was as expected from McDonalds except for the festive pie, which was overly dry and as not as good as their apple pies. Also the hot chocolate was too watery and not much chocolate flavourOverall, my experience was good, and the customer service was excellent.The entrance is on the opposite side to the drive-through, and you have to cross the carpark to get to it, so care must be taken if coming from the North by foot.Otherwise a good place to go

Awful.Staff make you wait an age for your food and their attitude stinks when questioned for not being able to read a numberplate.Made me wait over 20 mins.So much for fast food.

An absolute joke. I made the mistake of ordering from here this evening. A small order of a single meal with a side. The food took nearly two hours to arrive, the driver was on his mobile phone and didn't even say a word as he hurriedly handed the food over at the door, then when I opened the bags, the drink was spilt, the side was missing and the food was freezing cold.This place consistently forgets items and this was the last straw. Never ordering from here again.
