We went for my BD weekend, the room was amazing, clean, cosy we had an extra tread in our room. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The HK lady met in the corridor and tried to help me with my luggage and show where my room was. Dinner was delicious. Stuff in bar and restaurant nice, lovely. SPA with jacuzzi and sauna makes our stay more relaxing.The atmosphere was amazing. Wish to return for another occasion.Rooms: Very comfortable bed, clean, cosy. Have everything that you need, even a coffee machine.Nearby activities: Lovely Spa with jacuzzi, sauna.Food & drinks: Amazing taste food?

Stayed two nights for a wedding and had afternoon tea along with the wedding festivities. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are wonderful. Every single member of the staff we interacted with was lovely. This hotel understands hospitality and we had a lovely stay.

We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Nutfield Priory after having stayed there in September. The whole experience was exceptional with lots of little touches such as the Christmas tree in our room, complimentary Christmas hamper and mini bar.On Christmas Eve we were treated to a local choir singing carols in the lounge accompanied by delicious canapés and champagne. The food was excellent and the sommelier, Abdul, selected some great wines to compliment the food.The service was faultless and the staff were so friendly and cheerful in particular Niamh and Kelly who never seemed to go home.We would highly recommend and will definitely return again.

Had the most amazing afternoon tea ever. The service was 5 star. The food tasted freshly made. The scones were so soft and tender that they melt on the palate. The customer service is 10/10. Would definitely recommend.
Rude lady in reception at the weekends. I am a member and during the week everyone is very lovely but at the weekends it is completely different. Love the gym and how quiet it gets. Nice spa although I’m not sure about how clean the changing rooms are. The showers always smell a bit funny.

Would get 5 stars from us if the open fields next to the spa would be landscaped, and if there was a corridor linking the main building to the spa (instead of a walk across a car park), with easier access to the pool etc for people with limited mobility.

I booked a treatment at the spa this afternoon. I was briefly greeted by reception upon arriving nearly 30 minutes prior to my appointment and shown to a waiting room until my therapist was available. I was surprised that for the price (£95), I wasn’t even given a robe to change into ahead of my treatment.I tried to have a cup of tea while I waited however the water in the flask was like warm so there was no chance it was going to brew a tea bag.When my therapist came to take me to the room, I had to ask about facilities available ie toilets/showers which should really have been mentioned at Reception.The treatment itself was good and my therapist was very accommodating to my pressure requirements.Overall though, for the price I would have expected a little more and certainly didn’t think I’d have to ask to use a shower/for towels etc.
