We went for my BD weekend, the room was amazing, clean, cosy we had an extra tread in our room. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The HK lady met in the corridor and tried to help me with my luggage and show where my room was. Dinner was delicious. Stuff in bar and restaurant nice, lovely. Stayed two nights for a wedding and had afternoon tea along with the wedding festivities. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are wonderful. Every single member of the staff we interacted with was lovely. This hotel understands hospitality and we had a lovely stay.
We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Nutfield Priory after having stayed there in September. The whole experience was exceptional with lots of little touches such as the Christmas tree in our room, complimentary Christmas hamper and mini bar.On Christmas Eve we were treated to a local choir singing carols in the lounge accompanied by delicious canapés and champagne.
