I've been waiting for almost an hour for my food. The delivery called me and I told her I would go out and get the food to make it easier. She never showed up and turned off the phone. I called the restaurant and they said the delivery said that I didn't want the food.

Always had lovely food from here. They are always friendly and speak to our kids remembering who we are. We usually collect but have had delivery a few times, our favourite Chinese in the area.

Tried to order through their website and it says: no products available...?Tried to download their app from their website: not compatible as its for an older version of android...?Thought I'd check some reviews as I was concerned they had gone out of business...Conclusion: Poorly run business with poor quality food. Dodged a bullet it seems, thanks fellow reviewers!

Ordered a large amount of food a couple of weeks ago as we had guests. Food took nearly 2 hours to arrive (even after chasing) to be given feeble excuses, one being the driver had to go to the hospital first! Put in a genuine complaint regarding the service to be told we would get a discount next time. Roll forward to tonight to now be told that they will not be accepting any business from us due to the complaint. Manager had a disgusting attitude and was extremely rude and put the phone down twice. With an attitude like that they don’t deserve to be in business and we will return to our usual who has never let us down. Don’t even think they deserve 1 star! Avoid.

Ordered from here tonight as our usual is closed. We used phoenix before and I have just realised why we changed. It’s sooo much more expensive than our usual one, well all the others for that matter with tonight’s meal being 30% more expensive than we usually pay for the same food and we ordered it early on the app for a set time being 8pm when we were passing. 30 minutes later and my wife is still waiting to collect it after being told 3 times it’s being bagged up. It’s always so slow in this place and to be honest the food is much better elsewhere.
So disgusting! DO NOT ORDER! chow mein is days old, chilli beef isn’t beef… god knows what the sweet & sour ‘chicken’ is. I never write reviews but I didn’t want someone else to make the same mistake. Best thing was the can of coke.
