“Everybody in our party of 8 enjoyed their meals. My order was a delicious Tomahawk Steak which defeated me, so portions are generous. We were well catered for by the lovely staff, who were engaging and professional at the same time. The large patio were we sat was very pleasant. This is a nice well run pub with good food and great service.”

“It was a Tuesday lunchtime in early September, so the restaurant was not busy, but it was everything our party of 8 wanted. The food was great with excellent service from our American waitress. The menu was wide and varied and has something to suit everyone. There's a very adequate set meal option if you want to keep the costs down, or you can spend a ridiculous amount on top quality steak. I'm unlikely to be in the area again, but would definitely use this restaurant if I was.”

“Having passed this place everyday on my way to work I decided to book it for our works night out. Inside is lovely and has a very cosy feel about it. We were seated in the Garden Room which was perfect for a party of 30. Service was impeccable and Lottie was very attentive all night, nothing was too much trouble. Food was amazing and we were able to choose from a varied menu, everyone really enjoyed the evening and the prices were reasonable too. Definitely worth a visit.”
