“I was a loyal customer of pret, even after pret changed the subscription. But recently I have been so disappointed about the food. The avocado roll used to be my favourite breakfast. But now, it is not only more expensive than before, but also tasteless. The bread is extremely dry and stiff. I just cancelled my subscription and will not spend any money with pret anymore.”

I prefer Costa *High St* type stores - all slight different ambience.... cos they are all different shapes and sizes.

This one is in a shopping centre (mall) so it served its purpose.
