I was once a team member of this store, but I only worked for a short period of time due to a fellow colleague named Alex who was always aggressive and stern with what I did. It's understandable when serving in a fast paced restaurant and a big queue spirals out, but its never alright to display frustration to everyone not even to teammates. Not having been to Staines for a long time, I was delighted to find Greggs here.This was a small, but very busy shop, and the service was really good.I had a pasta and bacon salad for lunch, along with a cold drink. It was definitely £3.60 well spent, that’s for sure.The team member serving at the counter remainder calm and collective, even when the queue was nearly at the door. Came in on a Saturday morning. Ritika kept asking for orders and leaving her teammate to do all the work. He looked very stressed and it left them behind on orders. She should work with him to get orders out instead of staying at the till and doing nothing. Appalling to watch. I feel sorry for the man working with her. They served customers who were 5 people behind in the queue leaving people without their orders. Completely messed up system. Queue out of the door as seen in photo.
