I don't visit here a lot, but whenever I have this coffee shop is clean and tidy. The staff are also efficient and helpful. The queues are usually shorter here than at the two other Costa shops in Staines. This coffee shop is also often open until 6.30 pm whereas the other Costa shops in Staines close earlier.

The reason I’m giving these 5 stars is because of two of the female assistants one is called Songul and not sure of the other young ladies name but they are both good.Especially Songul as she has been there may years now and deserves more credit than she gets she should be appreciated more for her hard work, she is excellent with her customer service skills, friendly and always there to please and does a great job looking after everyone and that’s the reason I chose to go to this particular Costa rather than any of the others in Staines.You should be very proud of her and if there was any award ? for best barista it should be her!

Fantastic staff (yesterday's visit) especially a young gentleman (Tash?). Brilliant service, very efficient, happy and professional. An asset to this branch - and a brilliant barista/manager. Will definitely return.

Always a great experience. The staff is very professional and super friendly.The place is always clean, even during busier times.Songul is there most of the times I go. She is extremely polite and nice. All of them look after all my requests happily.I only go to this costa because the treatment i get is above and beyond

Dont look up! The ceiling are corners are dripping with cobwebs & dead insects. Clean it up guys, VERY offputting!

This coffee ☕ shop is really cute, it feels warm, plenty of space for families with buggies like us, no huge air con blowing cold air on your head, unlike some other nearby places...we are very pleased with it for consuming our Vitality vouchers.
