The reason I’m giving these 5 stars is because of two of the female assistants one is called Songul and not sure of the other young ladies name but they are both good.Especially Songul as she has been there may years now and deserves more credit than she gets she should be appreciated more for her hard work, she is excellent with her customer service skills, friendly and always there to please and does a great job looking after everyone and that’s the reason I chose to go...read full review
Fantastic staff (yesterday's visit) especially a young gentleman (Tash?). Brilliant service, very efficient, happy and professional. An asset to this branch - and a brilliant barista/manager. Will definitely return.

I don't visit here a lot, but whenever I have this coffee shop is clean and tidy. The staff are also efficient and helpful. The queues are usually shorter here than at the two other Costa shops in Staines. This coffee shop is also often open until 6.30 pm whereas the other Costa shops in Staines close earlier.
