“Everybody in our party of 8 enjoyed their meals. My order was a delicious Tomahawk Steak which defeated me, so portions are generous. We were well catered for by the lovely staff, who were engaging and professional at the same time. The large patio were we sat was very pleasant. This is a nice well run pub with good food and great service.”

It was late in the evening but it felt much like a locals pub. The beer was good, there is sports shown on TV, a pool and darts board. The pub is split into 3 sections, saloon bar, public bar and then what looked like a restaurant part.”

“Lovely local pub with pool table. Staff were lovely although one male member did keep staring at my group which was a bit uncomfortable. However the lady was chatty and very patient while we decided our drink order. Ample seating out the front and in the garden but has very few car parking spaces. Right near the station and not far from the train which makes it ideal and not too overcrowded.Parking: Not many spaces for cars and any other car parking near is paid parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access through the front door for those with wheelchairs and plenty of room to manoeuvre whilst in the pub.”
