Small but comfy rooms — the one I stayed in had a river view with a small balcony. Very nice and helpful staff.

Everything was great except the food. It was below average and poorly presented, which is sad because everything else was so good. There are other food outlets nearby, I would use them.Rooms: Rooms were newly renovated. Clean and thoughtfully laid out and appointed.

Nice hotel alongside the river Thames.. quiet location and lovely decor.Rooms: Old style decorating but spotlessly clean and plenty of space. Large double bed was so comfy.. modern designed bathroom. Room overlooked river so nice views..

My family and I went to the pub for a Mother’s Day roast. Food was great, portion size was so generous but actually reviewing because the staff was so lovely. The man mainly at the front house was so friendly and the waitresses were lovely too.

Nice and cosy cottage style hotelFood & drinks: The venue has a pub with a terrace and a restaurant. Both of them are worth a visit during your stay. A mention for the beer battered haddock and the sticky toffee pudding.

Stayed for a couple of nights with my husband, for service, location and pleasure of the stay I give it 6⭐ what a great place. We arrived around 9.30 and the kitchen was shut but they helped us find a takeaway that was still open . Provided us with plates and cutlery and brought them up to the room for us as we decided to eat in our room. The rooms are beautiful with lovely bathrooms, they are currently doing a refurb on the whole place but workers start after breakfast and finished before we returned back around 5pm. We turned up for breakfast at 9.30 mistakenly thinking it stopped at 11 but breakfast finished at 9 but the team there were so nice still made us a full breakfast and had a chat with us, breakfast by the way was amazing. We will definitely be back it's beautiful, food is great and the location on the riverside fabulous.

It looks nice after its refurbishment, but as is often the case it has lost character. Management here were friendly though lacking professionalism.

Lovely pub on the river, was toasty warm when I visited in Jan. The staff were friendly and they have a good selection of drinks.
