I wouldnt even rate a 1 star. Absolutely disgusting and rude service and I even barred my self from the shop. That rude. Everytime face to face, to my kids n over the phone. No please or thank you and not even a goodbye. The guy with pony tail from flames banstead was only reason y I came bk n gave that shop a another try. But now he gone never rather walk or dive to kings kebab or flames. Would love to hear from owner who ever that is.

Do not waste your money the food is absolutely disgusting uncooked the batter from the sausage was like rubber the chips with so uncooked it was like eating soggy oil I must go out tomorrow and buy some toilet roll because guaranteed the people in my household are going to have upset stomachs and diarrhea

I have ordered fish and chips here for a few weeks and I can say it has been fresh, hot and the portion size was right also. The deceivers was spot on too!Thank you for last nights fish and chips it was delicious ?

Tonight, we ordered our usual kebab from Elite, but it became a special moment....when paying on delivery, my husband accidentally gave our delivery guy 2 x £50 notes instead of 2 x £10 notes. He shut the door, not realising his mistake. Moments later the doorbell rang...he'd brought back the money! What an honest and kind man! Wish I knew your name, but thank you...you restored our faith in humankind!

If zero was an option, that would have been selected. All reviews on here that are positive are evidently false accounts… the place is dirty, run down and I wouldn’t feed the food served to my dog. Not to mention the disgusting attitude of the stuff whom swear, shout, kiss their teeth and shortchange little children! Station fish and chips wins every single time.
Impressive high quality food plus big portions. Staff are very friendly.

Good guys, always a fast delivery and the food is tasty but I dread getting a new menu through because they do raise the prices quite often but I guess you can't blame them at the minute with everything going up so fast

The complete opposite of elite. The staff don't pay attention and very run down. They really need to upgrade. Not just that but it's out of the way from everything. The only good thing about it is the bin outside so I can put my food in it once paying an extra money because the owner and staff can't count. Please don't visit because the hygiene rating is next to nothing so STAY AWAY!
