I always use pay by app so didn't go into the shop. Pumps were working, and they had vmax, so all good. The price wasn't that bad either.

Very poor communication. The sole staff member struggled to understand what I was trying to say to him. As a company you really should be doing more to ensure such basics are covered. I dread to think what would happen in an emergency situation!

This is a small petrol station with an expected small ship inside. There are air and water facilities next to the building and plenty of space for all sorts of vehicles. Prices here aren't too bad and seem to almost always be better than the BP garage 1 minutes away. Staff are satisfactory and you can pay using the mobile app which is MUCH easier and a lot quicker when paying for fuel. I strongly recommend using the app as it can be used across all Shell stations.

I would like to report a very disturbing incident that happen at your location.One of your employees disrespected me awfully. Stopped to aliment my car, and because of very serious family problems forgot to come off my phone, the pomp didn't get started, your employee told me to come off the phone which i did in the next 10 seconds. Once i get in to pay, i respectfully apologised, and all i get in return was "No you are not sorry, F**** OFF, get the F*** out of here" saying this repeatedly to me . All this got assisted by other customers which were behind me. I know your employees get training regarding not using the phone and alimenting in the same time. But my question is do they get training on how to insult and use very bad language towards your customers?! I hope you will take actions, if not,I WILL because by law that is verbal abuse, and it can be punished if not taken actions upon your employees .That can not happen especially that i came off the phone STRAIGHT AWAY and apologised. It is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Rude as anything... filled up 2x5L cans of diesel. Forgot them at pump number 8. Called an hour later and the guy who answered the phone does not speak english. I asked him if he can see the cans or knows anything about them and within seconds he said no and bye... and put the phone down on me... Did not bother to help me at all, tried to call him back and would not answer the phone. Zero for customer services... Zero for politeness Zero for human being
