Absolutely love Datchet branch.Manager first class person, very friendly & nothing too much trouble. Quiet ambience, low chat levels no music playing in background - great. so not competing. welcoming staff.we tend to go on a Sunday for a ride out and treat.Wheelchair accessibility: both entrances ok, however, once in, there is a step down/up, depending where you want to sit. plenty of room, little nooks tucked our the rear, and a garden too.
I am a loyal costumer for costa. However, some of the staff required a few more hospitality trainings, and learn to how to handle in certain/some situations, and how fast or pro-active he/she needs to be when working in a busy environment for both physically and mentally. Therefore, Drinks are great but some need a few practices, not all staff make good drinks. The place is big & wide, plenty of space, but staff are lazy, moody, and unable remain cleanliness.

Slow queue. A plug in the corner isn't working as of December 2023 (wasn't working in November either). If really like it if they checked and repaired their plugs. Friendly staff, though, and they keep it warm and comfortable!
