I always like the food at Pizza Express, but the service at the Walton branch is not at all welcoming. You wonder if they want you there. Not a single smile from any of the staff, never engaging when you asked a question or made a request. The request was met but as if they didn't really care. So generally felt it was just food for fuel rather than a nice afternoon out. Won't rush back.
I recently visited Pizza Express in Walton on Thames. On the whole, the service was friendly and the staff were very helpful. However, I felt that the pizza lacked cheese and was quite expensive. It didn't quite live up to what I expected from a Pizza Express, but if you're looking for a quick bite to eat this is a good place to go.

Staff taking us to the table never said a word..appeared to be disintrest.. waited a long time for dinner, which was really difficult as my son is diabetic and did his insulin that had to wait over 30 mins he is meant to ear within 20 mins.The waiter serving us was helpful and pleasant..
