Restaurant, part of Brooklands college so staffed by students. Food and service was brilliant but the lighting was rather closer to works canteen than a restaurant. Update from yesterday 28th February. Lovely thai dinner, but mostly it was cold! The main door was constantly closing and immediately opening so the atmosphere was quite chilly.
Where I was trained as a chef and front of house manager, if I so choose, I can attest to the food being of the highest standard and quality in the kitchen as it is front of house serving the food freshly cooked.Never Less than five stars all round.

So glad we managed to finally try Brooks. The food was very tasty, good quality and very good value for money. The students are the front of house and really put a lot of effort into the evening.Highly recommended and can’t wait to come back.
