Popped in for a coffee and light bite. They were clearly understaffed, as every table had dirty crockery on. The staff did not have a clue what they were doing.

Good selection of drinks on offer.\\nNice to see different food choices that cater for vegetarians and vegans. They have also got Gluten free which helps my family too.\\n\\nStaff are friendly, due to popularity of Costa there can be a bit of a wait on your drinks.\\n\\nThey offer a good reward scheme which can lead to a free coffee.\\n\\nOverall good, need a bit more space by the serving counter as feels a bit cramped.

Slow service, quality of coffee was poor (lack of staff, no management to support the local staff) - perhaps training would help as well. Place was not clean!

Ordered 2 meals from here for lunch on Uber Eats. Was meant to be 2 coffees and 2 baps. My order arrived with just the coffee, and the coffees were wrong and tasted watered down. (I'd paid extra for additional shots and for syrup, but definitely did not get that)I called the Costa Coffee store to find out what had gone wrong. The employee admitted to knowing that they did not have the baps in stock, so just omitted them from the order as an "Oh well" ordeal, leaving me empty handed and having overpaid. Told me to take it up with Uber.After explaining to them, that I should've been notified and/or the order cancelled as they could not fulfill the items, they did not seem to care. The rushed off the phone and said, "hope you get it resolved." without taking any ownership for the problem or concern whether I am actually able to get it resolved.Uber unfortunately does not provide me with refunds anymore due to circumstances such as this one where I've been given the wrong items or missing items, that aren't my fault. So I am taking a complete loss on this and the employee at the store wasn't even kind enough to offer any solutions to their clearly poor judgement call.I don't like writing poor reviews, such as this one, but it's a real shame that this stuff is allowed to occur at all.

In the application the closing is marked at 18.The girl at the checkout dark hair and glasses is really rude and told me they close at 5pmIn the receipt the closure is reported at 18Very bad service

Got turned away as the team closed the store for an hour from 2-3pm reasoning they needed a break. Fail to understand how they business. So I went to Cafe Nero and had a wonderful flat white!

A branded coffee shop. You know what you are getting, a consistent if uninspiring product. Needs a rethink on its food lines. Staff friendly and polite, location clean
