Appalling service. I ordered a pizza tonight at 5:30 for delivery at 6:30. I assumed giving them prior notice would mean a delivery closer to the expected time slot.It hadn’t arrived at 7 o’clock, so I called the Knaphill kitchen and was simply told unapologetically that it was due to a lack of drivers and he couldn't do anything. Very frustrating experience and extremely disappointed. I would’ve received better customer service by just following the app. When the pizza did finally arrive, ironically, it was lukewarm, and I had to re-cook the pizza in the oven.

I have to say that usually, the service from dominos is fine and the pizzas are decent but last night I failed to receive my order and it was delivered to a different address. Usually I am a reasonable person and understand that sometimes mistakes happen but half an hour after my order was 'delivered' the employee was still trying to find my pizza and didnt apologise or offer an alternative or a refund and when I did eventually ask for a refund he hung up on me. Will not be ordering again.

Ordered the thin crust pizza,arrived cold,thin as a wafer very little topping and as crisp as a biscuit,when I tried phoning to complain,never picked up and tried 5 times,obviously know the phone numbers Crap service and advise people to avoid buying second rate food,not the first and can guarantee not the last with the service and bad food produced
