I have to say that usually, the service from dominos is fine and the pizzas are decent but last night I failed to receive my order and it was delivered to a different address. Usually I am a reasonable person and understand that sometimes mistakes happen but half an hour after my order was 'delivered' the employee was still trying to find my pizza and didnt apologise or offer an alternative or a refund and when I did eventually ask for a refund he hung up on me. For the most part knaphill dominoes is good but when it comes to drinks I ordered water and I’ve got something different personally I think if a pacific drink is not in stock they should call the customer to see what they want not assume because you never know the customer could have allergies or diabetes maybe some other dietary needs it’s not the first time that this has happened to me they say that they are sorry well I’m afraid sorry doesn’t cut it for me when you...read full review
