Every time I go to greggs they never have the Mexican chicken baguette no matter what time of day it is and whenever I ask they’re not willing to make one. I went in at 1pm today and nothing, fridges empty and when I asked the woman just gave me a flat no.

Cold inside and very slow service. The other Greg's in town is just the same. There are not enough staff in here for the extra jobs you give them to do, like making hot drinks and food. Also, as you can see from this photo, they can't even make up ginger bread men. What a bad job this should be perfect.For what the customers have to pay this is a cheek. It's just going downhill from where it used to be. I might add they have also changed their sausage rolls and added pepper to them so my children now find them hot and won't eat them.

I paid for a large cup of breakfast tea to take away. I walk away, tea in hand for about 10 minutes before I decide to take the lid off the paper cup because the cup is quite hot... only to discover that there was no milk. I get that everyone takes their tea differently, but is greggs really the only place where you have to ask for milk?I didn't ask for black tea, I paid £1.30 for a paper cup of hot bloody water. Useless.

Been in a few times to get the odd bite and they do do lovely filled baguettes but sometimes their hot foods ie Sausage rolls and hot pies and pasties are cold so I just go in and have the baguettes with a drink so I'd rate it a 3.

Ordered 2 Steak Bakes and 2 Cuppacino coffees. The steak bakes were very much less filled and smaller as for the coffee it was like boiled water no flavour at all. When we asked for a replacement the staff member - said in defence “We are not Starbucks” Last time I’ll step into a Gregg’s!

Went to greggs only to hear one of the workers flip out on a customer. Customer looked about 14 and asked a simple questions where a simple yes or no could have been enough but instead she flipped out at him and was incredibly rude. Wouldn’t want my kids to be served by such a horrible and rude worker. Name is Eliza maybe higher up should teach workers to be less of a cow especially to kids.
