Cold inside and very slow service. The other Greg's in town is just the same. There are not enough staff in here for the extra jobs you give them to do, like making hot drinks and food. Also, as you can see from this photo, they can't even make up ginger bread men. What a bad job this should be perfect.For what the customers have to pay this is a cheek. Been in a few times to get the odd bite and they do do lovely filled baguettes but sometimes their hot foods ie Sausage rolls and hot pies and pasties are cold so I just go in and have the baguettes with a drink so I'd rate it a 3.

We love going to Greggs. We have a latte, sometimes a Belgian bun. We also get a steak bake, they are really delicious. We usually have one we start travelling to our holiday destination.
