Apparently it's your fault when they mess up your order because you didn't look at the screen when you ordered. Difficult to do with a car full of kids! Rubbish customer service!

Shocking service / speed. They don’t serve breakfast until 5am, so ordered at 1 minute past 5 and still waiting for food a good 20 minutes later!!! Staff wondering around but no one appearing to actually be preparing food. No urgency and not the type of service you expect from a deserted McDonald’s at 5am! Awful, should do better.

Basic 24 hour McDonald's, some of the staff are very friendly and others couldn't give a hoot. Food is acceptable standard but don't expect it to be particularly fast.

Awful customer service got burned food and coz of them arguing with me down the phone about me wanting my order re made as I had to bring the burnt food back to the store so my food was now cold and ice cream melting awful Elisha and era honestly some of the rudest managers there is that was after asking her name loads of times and her argument with me that she don’t have to tell me before we even had a conversation… was rude not only to me but whilst my partner was in the restaurant getting the food was rude to other customers who also had problems with there food .. if your not gunna do your job correctly and then get angry and not take care of customer complaints nicely .. you shouldn’t be a manager .. clearly need to take that customer service modul again … and when asked to know when someone higher is in to talk to was told no … honestly I don’t ever leave bad reviews but this is awful

I've lost count of the wrong orders and wasted money at this store, always miss something from the order or get it wrong, use the app for delivery and your lucky if you get your own order, they have sent the wrong person's food on at least 3 occasions

Fillet of fish was overly cooked and dry Mayo was stale like yesterday .only good thing was I got a milkshake at 1 am.

Asked for more Bbq sauces to be told. You only get 1 per meal. My kids don't like chips so I buy 3 x double cheese burgers and 4 x cheese burgers plus a spicy chicken burger meal costing just under £18.....why can't my children have bbq sauce with a burger. Sorry never going back. Treated me like a second rate customer and that was the supervisor.

Probably worst maccies in uk. You will not get the dips you've ordered under any circumstances, the big mac comes in 5 pieces and you have to assemble it yourself EVERY TIME. No chance of getting your food under 25mins (timed it) even when you're the only person there.

Place was open till late which was a blessing as I was returning late from work around 1030 -1100pm. I would have liked the place to a bit more tidy though.

Food was good service a bit slow. Staff where mainly helping the just eat and deliveroo people. Seems like McDonald's don't care about walk in customers anymore. The constant endless stream of deliveroo and just eat mopeds driving on the pavement and parking on he pavement is dangerous and making it hard to access McDonald's.

Not what you'd expect from a fast food place! Felt the 5 star restaurant vibes all the way from the helpful employees to the clean bathrooms to the perfectly made food and drinks. We even got a visit from the manager at our table and we spoke in Spanish! A huge ?? from us!Wheelchair accessibility: Lovely clean washrooms and plenty of space to sit and eat

Today went there to get an egg muffins breakfast.Incredible how is bad their service!!Been waiting 20 minutes and InThe meatimes they forgot about my order and when asked they said isn't ready!!!Busy doing only delivery orders!!Very bad customer service when I did ask what's wrong with my order the Manager "not ready and they preparing it "she just left even not caring and preparing other orders.I just very upset about this bad customer service

Ordered 2 Big Macs with fries. The order after with 2 Big Macs came first even after we waited over 15 minutes. When challenged I was told that the reason the order took so long was because they were waiting for fries to cook. When I said that was ridiculous as fries take a maximum of 6 minutes (been working in hospitality for 7 years) the exceptionally snarky Mr. Woodward openly admitted that with their fryers it only takes 3 minutes to cook fries. I can only assume they therefore waited 12 minutes after the order before dropping the fries. I was then told the reason it took so long was due to breakfast changeover despite the fact that we were the last order to be prepared for any customers. Clearly the management have no clue whatsoever how to ensure the smooth operation and prioritisation of food service, as more interest was taken in preparing food for nonexistent customers who may or may not come in later than ones who have already paid. Most other reviews say this is worse than any other McDonalds they have ever visited and I wholeheartedly agree. Currently rated less than 3 stars average, but I think 1 would be generous.
