Pizza was late and stone cold. When it said on the webiste it had been delivered, I rang them as it hadn't. The woman on the phone said the delivery driver had delivered it to the wrong place and she would have to re-do my order, then she hung up before we had finished taking. Then, 15 mins later, the pizza turned up but it was stone cold... so I have no doubt it wasn't a fresh one. After having to wait for it to heat up in the oven and microwaving the sides, it was all a bit disappointing and not worth the money.

SUNDAY 5th February 2023Was first time had ordered Pizza for long while. 2 X Medium deep pan double pepperoni including delivery cost £20. Was very nice indeed and filling. To be honest next time I will order 2 X Small as couldnt finish all mine. Anyway definitely would recommend and delivery very quick.

Genuinely the worst pizza around, entire thing was doughy and gloopy, made even less edible by being given their gross garlic dip instead of the garlic and herb that we ordered. Partner convinced us to order from here for a change but we absolutely won't make that mistake again

Still waiting for my pizza was delivered to some random guy in the street and not to my house. Very sorry and will recook my pizza and deliver again, it's been over an hour and a half. This pizza shop has gone down hill to what it used to be. Will be using another chain for my pizza's in future.

We have just ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza and a Pepperoni Pizza. The BBQ one had ham on it, the pepperoni had a thick layer of cheese on top of the pepperoni. The presentation of both were poor, also the base on both were completely uncut. When I called the manager said he didn't make it.I explained I was upset the BBQ chicken one had ham on it. His response was the guy that made it is new and thats how it is. He then said we hadn't even paid for it. He then asked where i ordered it from. I responded from the website, where a payment has to be made before and order was made. He said he didnt have a clue about this.We only order pizza from Papa Johns. I said i wouldnt ever order again from that he said thats fine and ended the conversation with bye. I am not sure where the quality control or customer service is. Certainly not at this place. Will not be ordering from Papa Johns again.

Plenty of guys working there with no hair protection. One of them has blow his nose with a tissue and he didn't wash his hands either.And I order online to collect and I realised home that I have ordered they didn't respect.
