Although the food is fresh, tables and chairs are dirty, and some caked on with food. I had to clean the chairs and my table with an antiseptic kitchen pad, that I happened to buy at sainsburys. The manager should instruct the staff to clean the chairs, tables and floor after areas are clear. This is not the first time this has occurred, so no excuses for not keeping the restaurant clean. Concerned about preparation of food areas too. Hoping it is kept clean as well. PLEASE look into this situation, so pret Manger can continue to service people in the Woking mall. Thank you!

Not a good experience, it seems they were only serving coffee in disposable cups which wasn't good. The coffee was flat and watery unfortunately. Lastly the upstairs area was not clean.

Amended to add:This place needs a good, deep clean. Muck everywhere. Upstairs there are piles of detritus that is not cleared up.The management should realise there is plenty of new competition in town now.

I really enjoy going to pret but recently forward that it is planning to open 40 branches in apartheid state of Israel. I urge everyone to contact Pret management to stop this madness.
Drinks are far from how they should be.Black coffee taste like boiled water. Almost no coffee in it.Cappuccino is more water than milk.Hot chocolate milk has no milk at all.

Hi Pret, as discussed with Zack and Yousef (assistant managers - both of whom are very friendly) recently, you really need to get the WiFi sorted out here. Yesterday it was painfully slow (to the point where loading emails was taking at least 10 mins), and today it keeps cutting out and asking me to reconnect. This has been a pattern for the past few months, and I've finally reached the end of my tether. I don't expect the fastest internet in the world, but reliable and a decent speed would be a big improvement on what yourselves currently have.Staff are very helpful and friendly. I rarely have any food, but it always seems a bit overpriced for what it is.
