Hi Pret, as discussed with Zack and Yousef (assistant managers - both of whom are very friendly) recently, you really need to get the WiFi sorted out here. Yesterday it was painfully slow (to the point where loading emails was taking at least 10 mins), and today it keeps cutting out and asking me to reconnect. It's a pretty standard Pret, everything you would expect. But it's always messy, and the tables and chairs are tired and dirty. There are nicer places to sit and have a coffee.

I really enjoy going to pret but recently forward that it is planning to open 40 branches in apartheid state of Israel. I urge everyone to contact Pret management to stop this madness.
