Had a meal in the Wheatsheaf last night for the first time. The lasagne was out of this world, best lasagne I've had in any local pub nearby and prices are amazing. Staff and service second to none. Very refreshing not to be parting with ridiculous money for pub food which is what has happened to other pubs in this area lately. Highly recommend.

The most fabulous place to stay, staff are warm, welcoming and so helpful. We had an evening meal and breakfast, the food and service were superb.

Steer well clear of this place at all costs for breakfast delivery.Customer service was shocking, no apology for how bad the breakfast was, half a tub of beans which wouldn't feed a child. The staff member I spoke to was extremely rude. If it had zero stars it would get it. I'll be looking for a refund for this via email.

Everything was perfect, the pub even wrote a birthday card for my mum with some balloons! We had a lovely lunch food was excellent, service was great. We would have preferred to have our orders taken whilst sitting at the table but this wasn’t the end of the world. The pub wasn’t extremely busy so we managed to order easily at the bar. Thank you for an excellent birthday lunch for my mum!

Nice and cozy place for a pub seekers. Especially the fire place makes you feel like a home during the winter time. Strongly recommended if you are around by Woking…

The menu has been changed recently, and a few of the best meals have been removed. Unfortunately, after finding the pub great for the last few years, the quality has been declining. They changed the nachos and the Sunday Roast I ordered wasn't the best. Prices were convenient and the meals weren't too bad, but overall the quality of the food could improve.

Wonderful pub - ideally located a short walk from the train station.Hosts a pub quiz every Thursday which is a lot of fun and well executed.Staff are always warm and helpful! Max & Grace in particular are always ready to provide assistance, put a smile on your face, and pull a cracking pint! Can’t comment on the rooms as I haven’t stayed.
