Travelled down Friday night from the Midlands to stop over before heading off to Thorpe Park on Saturday. The staff here are absolutely lovely. So accommodating and sweet to talk to. Checked into our room which was absolutely gorgeous and amazing to stay in. Had a drink at the bar before heading off to bed. And then finished the stay off with a delicious breakfast in the morning. The welcome was great and ordering food and drink on the app was ok. However the food arrived before our drinks and they were all in the same order. When our cutlery plate arrived it only had 1 napkin on it for 2 diners and when I ask one of the staff for a dessert spoon they didn’t know what I meant.
