Asked for a ramp to get my wheelchair in and they did it immediately. Bought my toasted sandwich to me and wiped up a spill. Both women so helpful and chatty with all the customers but still served everyone without delay. First time I've been in this Gregg's (cos of the wheelchair) hopefully we'll be back cos it's our nearest.

Like every Gregg's I've visited there was a good choice of food. Efficient staff. Good prices. One fault in all branches the floors were filthy under the chairs and tables. OK you don't eat off the floor but I don't like sitting in other people's mess. Time to clean up your act Gregg's
