I just wanted to say how amazing customer service was yesterday. I think the employees name was Kore, He was so friendly happy and fun. I was indecisive and he recommended an amazing drink he’s very knowledgeable about his work and so polite. I’m heavily pregnant and little things like telling me about the caffeine in it was really caring of him. By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced
The staff this morning on the drive through intercom and at the window were both lovely and polite individuals. Both were incredibly positive and happy to help, nothing particularly unusual occurred but it was the overall kindness from both members of staff that really shon through and made the entire experience a positive one to start my day ?
