Worst kfc I’ve ever had. We got 8 bits of chicken between us and 7 of them were legs. The chicken and skin was that dry I didn’t have to wipe my hands afterwards. Waited about 25 minutes in the car park for them to bring my order out and the food was cold by time we got home (only live 5 minutes away) only decent thing was the chips and gravy even tho they were barely warm. Lesson learned I won’t be going back there. Wallsend kfc is a million times better.

They pushed my delivery time back 5 times, so it would take an hour to come when the app said maximum of 25 minutes, but then they just canceled the order out of nowhere, making me wait almost an hour for Nothing, really disrespectful

Owner obviously functioning on the lowest staff possible to penny pinch, waited 35 mins for two wraps. Insanity, avoid unless you have 70 years left to live.

I felt it was cold with very little atmosphere, the floor was cold & slippery not recommended for young children. The whole place just felt cold & univiting.

Got a delivery on Just eat, stone cold, completely the wrong order for me as well as missing items for my son, all went in the bin £27 worth, rang the restaraunt and no answer, avoid at all costs! one star as they delivered the right drinks! shocking customer service, disgusting!! also avoid Just eat!! refunded £4.89!!

Nice food but some of the staff can be a little rude/ attitudey at times. The floor is dangerously slippy at times and it's often cold if eating in. Foods nice though. ?

Went late one Friday night, asked for two vegan chicken burgers and two chips.For both burgers. They tasted fishy. Only got one chips. Soggy and cold. Won't be back.Poor.
The first time I visited this KFC, I ordered a bucket with a friend. When asked which sides we would like, we listed a few off and finished with 'gravy'. The girl serving immediately looked concerned then looked around before whispering 'don't have the gravy'. I've never had KFC gravy since.Some 5 years passed with me avoiding that branch (and most others) until I decided to give it another go following its rather ugly refurbishment. I ordered a fillet tower burger from one of their ordering machines, which meant I could receive no warning. The burger came literally seconds after paying. On opening the box, the burger looked as though it had been constructed by throwing the contents from one side of the restaurant at an open bun on the other side of the restaurant. On eating it, I could only assume they'd done that the day before. The chicken was cold, hard and dry. The coating managed to cling to the chicken during my first bite, however after grimacing and attempting a second bite, the hard pebble of chicken catapulted from its coating and the bun.It was probably a lucky escape really... Although I am annoyed about wasting my money.I might consider trying a different KFC in another 5 years or so... But probably not.

Consistently terrible for over ten years and never changes.Avoid this KFC at all cost!I have ate at this KFC for over ten years and it is always atrocious.The staff consistently miss items from your order. The food is always cold.I was asked to wait for a drive through order today and after 15-20 minutes of waiting in the bay I decided to enter the venue to find out what was going on. I stood at the counter for ten minutes and was ignored by every member of staff. After shouting for some one to answer me it was clear my order was forgotten about.My order was given to me after another five minutes of waiting with a very poor apology.if i could give 0* I would. This is not just a one off, this establishment is horrendous and has been for years.Avoid this KFC at all cost!

Absolutely useless, couldn't even get an order right even if it was wrote across the counter in crayon! The only place I know where you can order a chicken burger and come out with a wheel barrow and a couple of rolls of wallpaper. The training inside this branch much be equivalent to the training received entering nursery.

Food decent enough. Had to wait longer than usual. Delivery drivers dumping their cars across disabled bays and leaving the engine running (great for the environment) rather annoying too.

Shocking display ? just been to Kfc Byker & was told no middle Brest of chicken & only thighs left ? excepted that for then to be told 5 mins later it’s a 20 min wait for thighs ? they didn’t have my right change as I had paid for thighs ? no tomato or mayonnaise sauce in the boxes & the floor was an utter disgrace with rubbish tumberling out of the bins provided to discard your waste ? whole outlet is a disgrace ? dirty & staff who cudnt give a monkies about self pride & clenlyness ? toilet stank of urine & toilet paper all over the floor ? utter shambles ?ps tables with sauce stains on them from previous customers ? & delivery drivers getting priority for service ? all in all the place is shockingly badly run & there hygiene leaves me flabbergasted to the core ? dirty dirty dirty ? my god it’s not rocket science /// empty the bins clean the toilets & floors on a regular basis ? & a please & thankyou wudnt do any harm from the STAFF ?
