The first time I visited this KFC, I ordered a bucket with a friend. When asked which sides we would like, we listed a few off and finished with 'gravy'. The girl serving immediately looked concerned then looked around before whispering 'don't have the gravy'. Consistently terrible for over ten years and never changes.Avoid this KFC at all cost!I have ate at this KFC for over ten years and it is always atrocious.The staff consistently miss items from your order. The food is always cold.I was asked to wait for a drive through order today and after 15-20 minutes of waiting in the bay I decided to enter the venue to find out what was going on.
