After having to remind the person who takes the orders 3 times what I wanted I should have known. I have been here before and it was spot on however this time was different.Cod bites, chips and curry was perfect.My “large” donner kebab was tiny. I wanted lettuce and onion on which I got, in a very small amount. It would have made more sense if they had forgot to put it on. Always good food, but you need to improve on staff moral. So called 'experienced' staff, should show patience towards new staff rather than talk down on them.The new staff looked harassed and scared of the older staff.Remember you were a newbie once. Give him a chance, he is trying to earn an honest living.

UPDATE: The company fixed it. They are sending a new one of our order. We appreciate this very much. This is where my boyfriend gets his birthday/anniversary dinners when we are in different countries... highly recommend!We placed an order and received the wrong one. We tried calling multiple times to get this sorted and no one will answer. Ruined my boyfriend's birthday dinner.
