Firstly can I just say I went to 3 different outlets due to closing at 19:30 so I ended up in the city centre which was ideal as I couldn't park outside. Anyway the shop was empty and I got served straight away. The staff are very friendly polite and professional couldn't fault him, the shop was clean despite being in the city centre although it could do with a referb. Food is always good and fresh when bought in store. When i order for delivery I have to put my sandwich in the oven to warm it again as it is never warm enough.Go for in store purchase insteadVegetarian options: The Vegan Steak and Vegan Patty are extremely nice

Hats off to the staff, at 3 in the night the staff is very friendly even when dealing with the drunk customers. Having worked at the subway can understand what they go through but still serve to their best potential. Hats off to the team.
