Male staff member on today was very slow and messy normally severed by 2 girls who work much quicker and are much friendly. All in all it a sandwich shop so does what it meant to do nice fresh food
Understocked, had to ask for oj, wasn't fridged so was warm to drink. No cookies ready, no hearty Italian bread and egg on the wrong side of my sandwich. Ordered breakfast melts, nothing special. We were the only people in there, I suspect others have had similar experiences and not returned

Very knowledgeable about products and service, whatever you pay her, it isnt enough. NB best cup of tea ever made for me in the past weeks i've attended
