We always go to The Skiff for family birthdays, it's our favourite. Food is fantastic, you don't need anything else all day! Service much better than it has been for a while.Vegetarian options: I had 3 bean stew but it was a difficult choice. Plenty of vegetarian options.
We went there just recently for a pub meal. It was really nice good portions and the food was cooked nicely. Steak was very good and loads to choose from . But on second visit it wasn't as good cold dry chips and we were seated in the conservatory which was so noisy i was pleased to get out so mixed review now . Staff are

Went in for food. Was amazed at the size. Had asked for a small portion of mash for my baby and that was huge too. No one went hungry. Infact my teenage sons struggled to finish. Which is alway awesome as they never seem full for long.?. Staff are very friendly and "papa Joe" even brought out toys for the baby to keep him occupied ❤️❤️Kid-friendliness: Supper awesome staff. They even have a box of toys for little ones so they don't get bored waiting.
