Ordered a chicken Parmo. Chips hot and cooked to perfection lovely service. Chicken parmo was rather this but tasty cheese was dispersed finely would go back.

I hummed and harred for a good hour trying to decide where to order a take away from. Luigi’s was one of the options on Ubereats but I was put off my some of the negative reviews as I am fussy. I decided to order anyways. Im so glad I did as I am absolutely blown away honestly, to the point I had to ring up and tell them how good the food is and I’ve never done that before in my life. Best take away I’ve had in a long time. I ordered Margarita Pizza, Wedges, Chilli and Garlic. Portion sizes are huge, pizza is PERFECTION and the sauces are just unreal. This is 1000% my new regular.

I have placed an order on Deliveroo at 16.00 and it was shown on the app that the food should be with me at 16.55,after i called the restaurant 2 times,and waited 1 hour,my food finally arrived….coldI suggest you who reads this to avoid this shopIt is unreliable and the food honestly is not so good

I walked into the shop ordered a kebab with salad chips were extra garlic and chilli got home opened the salad all I got was lettuce and tomoto phoned the shop and all they said was ran out of everything so will not be going there again

Kebab looked and tasted like it had been left for days, wasn’t fresh at all. Chicken was pink and cheese was weird. Chips were alright though.

My husband normally orders Italian takeaways from Da Vinci restaurant in Ocean Road, South Shields. He has done this a lot from here and they've always been very nice. I only knew my husband ordered Italian food from Da Vincis in South Shields and on this occasion he asked me to order it. I had not done this in the past. Our food arrived over an hour late and was very poor quality and going cold. My husband rang Da Vinci's to complain and they informed him that we had not ordered from them and said they had recently received a number of complaints about food from Luigis Da Vincci's menu. This was because I searched for Da Vinci's (single letter C) in South Shields and didn't realise they were different places. I think it is very wrong to have a Da Vincci's (double letter C) menu at Luigis takeaway as it causes confusion and complaints to Da Vinci's Ocean Road, South Shields.

Order never arrived. Two hours passed then they told Deliveroo they’d delivered on time. They haven’t. Deliveroo are also bad and offer no refund. A Which Magazine survey says 60% of Deliveroo customers experience this scammy behaviour so avoid using them, too.
