Great food service a tad slow ( food cooked fresh to order) and the atmosphere isn't great if you go on a Sunday afternoon and the football's on ( all 8 tvs showing football isn't great if your out with the wife )Parking: Car park with only 4 places due to outdoor furniture taking up most of the space that could be used as car park spaces

I booked a table that day very easy. ordered meal waited 35mins a bit to long but was told they had ran out of pulled turkey for my burger but asked if pulled pork was ok we said yes . enjoyed the meals they were hot and plenty of chips. would come back again. we had 33% off offer so was well pleased with bill .and we now have a £5 voucher for next time. well worth it

This was a lunch time visit with a good show of customers. Staff both bar and floor were very attentive and welcoming making sure we had enough time to settle and read the menu. Great service as didn’t wait long before the starters arrived Hunters chicken nachos & chicken wings to share. Full of taste and flavour. The mains were just as good as the 8oz streak was cooked to perfection and the chicken skewers were top dollar. I would recommend this pub for good value food with no conplaints. We booked Christmas dinner worth £49.99 per person. The quality of the food was underwhelming. For starter we ordered Prawn Salad, and it was just few bits of prawn(smallest type of prawn was served), Main Course was okey(Turkey and Beef Ribs) but the vegetables was overcooked and only few stalks of veggies was served. Furthermore, the dessert was a Christmas Pudding, and it was the tinniest portion and the amount of custard was about 1 tablespoon. It was diabolical. If you're going to book a Christmas Dinner at this Pub, please just avoid this pub. Totally waste of money.
