The staff were very friendly and helpful.My apple pie ? was tasty.I had a flat white on oatmilk. The coffee was bitter with no crema, had very little milk, appeared like the milk it did have split and sadly very unpleasant to drink.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered two paninis and two cokes. My panini arrived with a hair in it. No apology from staff and no refund offered. Both came without crisps too, despite me mentioning it to the staff, who did not seem bothered. £20 for two paninis (one with a hair, and no crisps with either), two cokes and a portion of chips is an absolute rip-off. Avoid at all costs

Just went in randomly tried the cake and it was lush a very tasty cake it was very tasty and it was very busy it's a decent size the place properly needs a renavation waited a little bit longer but it was fine the cake was very

Used to like this cafe but is has really gone downhill. The till wasn’t working today so the person on the till was adding everything manually and seemed to be guessing the prices. 4.50 for a latte seemed a little expensive . Tables were dirty and food portions were smaller than they used to be and not nicely presented . They also ask if you want things like coleslaw etc then you realise they charge extra but don’t tell you. I won’t be going back again it’s a shame as it used to be lovely but not now

Lord knows if I could leave 0 stars I would. We rang this place to ask if they catered for people with celiac disease (gluten free) at 12:54pm they said yes we arrived at 13:01pm & ordered what we wanted which was 2 paninis (1 gluten free) & a cheese & ham toastie. We waited around 45 minutes if not longer to get the food no idea how it took so long but anyways it arrived to our table at 13:49. So a very long wait for a toastie & 2 paninis. When the waitress came to our table she told me “I’m not sure why they have done this but the crisps on your plate are not gluten free” so not only was it a long wait they have now put gluten food on my gluten free food !! ?so I asked her to take the crisps off which she did & the photo below is what I was left with!!! Absolutely shocking for £5.95 I also paid 80p for my coleslaw which they put on my partners gluten food instead of my gluten free plate ?? our total should’ve been 23.80 but they charged us £27.60 ! will never ever ever go here again it’s so hard to find somewhere gluten free & good service etc clearly this is not the place ?just going to add the staff we’re not approachable at all very moody didn’t want to resolve the issues we had & not one apology despite me stating I needed gluten free. Disgusting

Picked this café today whilst shopping. Went inside ordered food everything was great. Then the food arrived, I ordered a breakfast the eggs were undercooked then I cut into the sausage which was very undercooked (still had redish/pink rawness in the middle). After this we realised that our side order had not arrived with our breakfasts. A family membwr who I visited with asked a waitress inside who then abruptly said you'll have to wait a couple of minutes all of these (tables) are shouting of me. Fair enough. We had finished our meal some time after and we still didn't receive the food. We left and as soon as we stood up and walked away from the table. The waitress went straight over and cleared the table? So they were to busy to see to us but were quick to clear our things. Won't ever be returning here again.
