4 of us met up for coffee and light lunch as we do here once a month and everything was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. It was busier than usual almost every table taken so excellent atmosphere but didn't affect the service. Only thing is parking which can be difficult and costly but it's in the city centre so to be expected and certainly wouldn't put us off meeting there

After a second visit I have decided to change my original review.I found the breakfasts and coffee to be at a decent standard but would recommend barista style dairy free milks to avoid curdling.The bacon and sausages were just barely warm, likely kept warm somewhere that doesn't work too well.Staff were not always approachable so didn't seem able to chat much.Personally I find ordering at the bar to be low standard these days I would prefer they kept table service.Food and drink...read full review

We go regularly for a full English breakfast. Everything cooked to perfection. The soup and sandwich deals are really nice too. Everything reasonably priced. The staff are so lovely and welcoming they go above and beyond for the customers.
