Have always had coffee here since you opened whenever in town. I rarely shop in Sunderland now, but always pop in if I do. Same goes for Durham too. Yesterday, I bought a latte to go. I’d parked just outside, hopped in the car and was away before I realised that the coffee was awful ! It was like warm milk ( and I dont like my coffee strong). Very disappointing. Don’t think I’ve ever had reason to complain here before. Hopefully, an isolated incident ?

Always lovely coffee clean and. However I wish staff would serve the coffee by holding the handle of the cup not the cup it’s self I realise you have new staff could you please train new staff that assistance dogs are allowed in I had problems on Thursday as I was asked to sit outside and had to explain that teddy can come in waitress wasn’t very happy.
