Upon arrival got a warm welcome for Sunday lunch by waitress only to see a very young man preparing drinks to sneeze over the drinks that he was ready to serve wiping his mouth with his hand. Shown to our table with no instructions of do we help ourselves - pre pay a bit confusing however I was asked if we wanted drinks to which a polite decline was offered. Have booked the Christmas breakfast with Santa for many years now. Last year there was a marked downturn in the quality of the food, but decided to book this year hoping it was a one off due to having a late breakfast.Sorry to say, same issues at 08.45 food was to say the least dried out and not very nice.
