Food used to be lovely but massively went down hill, thought it was a 1 off but the last 3 times ordering have been disgusting won’t be ordering from here again.

Had to wait well over an hour for a missing item to be delivered. I was told a refund was not possible at all despite a missing item - that's illegal. Thick raw batter on fish; soggy batter on fish bite and sausage (the menu says "special crispy batter", this is wrong); food was not hot. I spoke to a woman on the phone the first time who was very abrupt, rude and completely ignored one of my questions. A really bad experience, very poor food and no regard or care for customer satisfaction.

Item missing from order, not for the first time either. Boss assured me that he would drop it straight off. 30 mins later he dropped it off. I said, this has spoilt someones meal as he was supposed to drop it straight off. His reply was, he had other deliveries to do.Food was nice but chips were cold. No customer service attall.

Bad service did not know how to salt viniger fish and chips . Covered fish in salt nothing on chips . Offered large or small with no regular size and staff was worste service ever had 1 out of 10

Me and my family have ordered from here a few times and every time they never get orders right my husband likes chilli sauce with his food Every time we order it we get sent mussy peas and today we ordered two kebabs one with chips one with salad we all got salad on our food I have put a order in for my pregnant daughter of sausage and chips as that’s what she wanted and got sausage with salad will not be ordering from here again
