Great bar, brilliant for watching sport. Lovely pint, great prices and food is spot on. A small criticism, someone near the bar had really bad body odour, i was having to hold my breath to get a drink. If it was a customer nothing much they can do about that.
Found ourselves in Whickham for the morning so decided to stop and have some lunch. Picked the Bridle Path as it looked nice and clean outside and also appeared to be busy which is always a good sign. We made the right choice. The staff were friendly and welcoming when we entered even though it was lunchtime and busy. Made very welcome called in for breakfast, loads to choose from coffee hot and lasted the whole meal.Dog friendly which is brilliant treats and extra sausage for my dog, will call in again well worth a visit ? Molly thanks you ?
