The food was excellent and the service specific to our meal was excellent, but the window in the cafe is required to be kept open and so it was a bit chilly. I would very very happily go back in warmer weather.

We popped in for a coffee and cake on a rainy day, I was warm and welcoming and getting to sit in the window added to it, being able to look out to the grey skies with a hot drink made it a lovely place to go. The selection of drinks, cakes and pastries was great, I would recommend this to anyone wanting a little coffee stop.

Walking the coastal path and stopped here for lunch. Lovely little cafe with very helpful staff. Had a sandwich and shared some chips. The food was top notch and cofee was great. Got some chocolate shortbread for walk home which was also lovely.

We found this fab little place on accident. We were not disappointed, attentive staff, quaint, small restaurant upstairs and wow the food was spectacular. I opted for a iced peach tea and the Yorkshire pudding wrap that was brimming with pork, stuffing and apple sauce, a side of lovely thick gravy and beautiful crispy seasoned chips. My husband opted for a cappuccino which he said was outstanding and the southern friend chicken burger which was a chicken breast not pre packed rubbish and the honey and Thai sauce that came with it was second to none. This little gem is not in the high street but please look it for it as it really is a eatery not to be missed. Thank you for a magnificent lunch.

This establishment really cannot be faulted. Wonderful food, wonderful atmosphere and wonderful people . Recommended to us by a local lady who frequents this cafe on a regular basis and as she has mobility issues they are extremely helpful ,. Very

Just enjoyed a breakfast here it was lovely, I had a veggie one and my wife had the traditional one, very tasty. Nice and cosy inside and the lighting and decor was nice. Cakes looked delicious but didn't try one today! The only one negative for me was the cup of tea I had, I don't think it was made with filtered water as it had a bit of an aftertaste of unfiltered water and I do like my tea to be spot on but apart from that everything else was great. Friendly staff and great service, nice view from upstairs too.Vegetarian options: Lovely veggie breakfast

I arranged to pick up a selection of sandwiches for a small family gathering at home. The food was ready to be picked up at scheduled time and the service throughout has been excellent. The food was top quality , lovely variety , presentation wonderful and represented excellent value for money. I would strongly recommend this excellent local business. Thank you .
