Love the shop. But roll backs are terrible there not actually roll back as price goes up weeks before they roll back to normal price. But on the whole good value for money. They're adsa rewards scheme is amazing. Not been to tescos since they introduced the rewards. Thank you asda

I’ve had enough of the home delivery and collections from this store. There are always substitutes and always of the same items. Which although said to be unavailable, are always piled on the shelves for me to pick up.I’ve ignored this for a little while but now I’m frustrated, paying up to a fiver for a delivery to then have to go into store to pick up everything Asda fail to.After speaking to customer services, and asked them to put the issue right, it seems the only way to do so was to cancel the order, rather than figure out why I was getting substitutes while the items were in stock. The quality of these substitutes are also poor and not thought out. Just thrown in because someone can’t be bothered.

Put fuel in asda petrol station only to find the first 80p goes in without anything coming out for the nozzle . Big massive con but put in £10.01 and they want that 1p

Lovely store, great variety of products. Lovely clothes for all the family. Good range of toys, homeware. Clean and tidy, great prices, a joy to shop in. Lovely helpful staff.

Absolutely disgusting treatment towards vulnerable elderly customers. Since when did it become acceptable to publicly humiliate an 80+ year old man who quite clearly needs some compassion. BOYCOTT***Response to store comment***I think logging this for improvement is the least you can do, as well as a public apology to the man your staff went so out of their way to embarrass. Staff at your store publicly humiliated a vulnerable gentleman that was shopping alone. You have no idea what that gentleman has been through. Do better and reprimand the person(s) responsible.

This is the closest supermarket to where I live in Cwmaman. I decided to visit, and I wasn't impressed.I eat a plant based diet, and I was disappointed by the lack of Vegan/ Plant based products. The labeling of different sections is also incredibly difficult to find, and sometimes straight up wrong. The beans were in the rice sections, and there were no Lentils in the 'Lentils and Pulses' section. It took 20 minutes for me to find the section for frozen plant based food, and when I did, I was incredibly dissapointed by the variety. It was all more expensive than other super markets, and there was much less brands.Tesco is better!

BEWARE THEIR FALSE ADVERTISING ON SPECIALS LIKE 3 BOTTLES OF WINE COSTING £7 OR MORE GET 25% OFF...ONLY APPLIES TO SPECIAL WINES. THEN 3 ROLLS CHRISTMAS WRAP FOR £3 BUT ONLY APPLIES TO CERTAIN ROLLS NOT ALL AS DESCRIBED ON THE BOXES. SO MY SAVINGS WERE ZERO AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN £7:50..

Recently bought one of the new bistro range of lamb shanks for 2 people. We used to buy the extra special range which has now seemed to change to the bistro. of the 2 shanks, there wasn't enough meat for 1 person. The flavour completely changed to a point there was no flavour at all. I will not be buying anymore of this new range.

I was in the store Monday or Tuesday shopping with my 18 year old autistic son and his dad,my son wanted to buy alcohol so his dad went with him, when they got to the check out the woman asked my son for ID,He didn't have his ID on him so his dad said he would get them but he was told he wasn't able to because they knew it was for our son. They came to tell me and I said not to worry about it,they have jobs to do I understand this as I have to do the same in my job when it comes to ID,while we all get to the Checkout queue (it was like five customers infront of us) The woman is looking over to us, speaking into her head set that she couldn't see anything in their hands and then was looking in to my trolly saying she couldn't see an alcohol in my trolly,I am deaf so I have to lip read without my earing aid,I told her not to worry I wasn't buying the cans and she still continued to talk about us,she made us all anxious and my son & his dad went back to the car,Then came another two staff who went on the checkouts eaitha side of her,I watched everything she was saying about us,When it was my turn to be served,I starting to pack my shopping up as she was scanning it,I said to her she needed to be mindful on how she treated her customers, she explained 18-25 ID which I agreed,I told her they both was suffering with mental health and was feelin uncomfortable, she went on to say with attitude she had two in the house,I was saying she shud understand then,I told her I am deaf and lip read all she said about us,she told me if I add a complaint too complain,I told her I would be,She then went on too call security not once but twice,I was furious,I emptied my shopping back on the checkout and left, her customer skills are appalling,we were made to feel like criminals, she is an older woman with short blond hair and stinking attitude and poor customer skills

My shopping normally takes me routhly 20 minutes but then it takes about 45 minutes to get through the checkout are! terrible service no staff ever helping at the self-service told.See more concerned to chatting with their friends than helping people in need.

Fed up of this store!! Everytime I go in I find the price cards are wrong and get overcharged, Check them all people because you will think you are buying something for £2.50 and at the till(that you have to checkout yourself) it's actually £4,this has happened on more than one occasion. The staff are next to useless when the red light comes on, they just continue to chat away to other staff and people they know in there, shelves are half empty all the time. Most fresh food has 2 days left which is no good when doing a large weekly shop, if I wanted to freeze it I would go to Iceland! Nothing is where it was last time you went in, it gets moved around that often, 20 minutes to shop and over half an hour to scan and pay, back to lidl for me

Oh dear, what a cheap skate place this is!Had their 'superior' sirloin steaks. They were tasteless, full of gridtle and utter rubbish.Good job we had pepper sauce to disguise the taste.I need a new set of teeth too as they were tough as well.

Excellent store with plenty of parking. Food and clothing is available in store at reasonable prices.
