Went here this morning for the first time and it was a nice surprise! I don’t normally go to Costa, I don’t like costa coffee and I find it expensive for what you get, however, this Costa is different from any other Costa I have been to. The staff is nice and friendly, the shop itself feels very cosy and clean and for the first time ever I really enjoyed my food and coffee. I love visiting this branch of Costa, all staff are always very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I have been on maternity leave recently and bring my baby along for visits. The staff always take an interest in my baby and help carry my coffee to the table, which is a very helpful touch of service when I have the pram to contend with. Whoever takes care of recruitment at this branch, fills the place with courteous, helpful, friendly and humourous staff. A pleasure to visit and the most delightful staff of any Costa I have visited is and indeed other countries.
