Ordered a pizza, completely wrong order came. i tried to ring for over an hour and nobody picked up. The order was then put in the bin as it wasn’t edible.

Quick delivery, but that was all that was good. The food was poor - far too salty - and, despite "deal prices", expensive for what we got. Management should realise that if customers pay for extra ingredients, they want to see that they are getting something in return and that this is not used as an excuse to scrimp on everything else. Quite a lot ended up in the bin.

Havent had food there for 3years + since i stopped working for them' cowboy kids management' would never work there or Recomend anyone to' done many take out jobs over the year's and they are the worst company to work for'

Thought I’d leave a review as some have been seemingly harsh. Me and my wife just ordered two pizzas which were absolutely delicious, gorgeous bread and tasty toppings. Really enjoyed it, thanks

I haven't ever had a problem ordering from here until now one tiny small mistake so called to inform them and it was A+ customer service and their delivery drivers are lovely and very polite mistake was corrected instantly I can't rate them or their staff enough!! Thank you to the lovely staff members!

Ordered a lunch time treat. 1 garlic pizza NO tomato sauce on the garlic pizza just bland. The large pizza still waiting the bbq base . Terrible flavours don't think I'll order again. Stay to local everyone

Super service at this Domino's. The service is quick and the pizza is always piping hot. Delicious!Parking: There are parking spaces near this Domino's, however they are often taken by other shoppers, using the shops nearby.

Pizza was lovely. Nachos on the other hand were burnt with a teeny portion of cheese and jalapeños. Not worth the money.

Ordered food on app paid for on app address given to dominos via app. Driver ended up 3 miles in wrong direction gave him directions and the post code again after 6 phone calls over 35 minute period I gave up as food would of been cold. Called the Aberdare branch explained what had happened and told them the food would be cold now asked to cancel and refund to be told be a total unprofessional small minded person that he would cancel it and I would have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund I told him that was unacceptable and that it was not fair that they had made a mistake and asked why should I had to wait for refund. He hung the phone up on me. I was then contacted by a manager literally 4 minutes later to check address and that the drivers are new and struggling I told him that I’d ordered before and never had trouble with the address. He proceeded to ask for my address to direct the driver to me I explained I’d already canceled order as the food had been out for delivery for almost an hour. Absolutely disgusting customer service no apology no offer of trying to resume the issue. All staff need training in customer care and drivers need new satnavs and better understanding of the English language because the driver couldn’t wouldn’t listen to a word I was saying.

normally pretty good. Nachos burnt hard ,not edible. Cookies overdone and and burnt. Gutted that they would send it out like that . Price you pay,should be able to chew and eat. won't be ordering again
